چکیده

Latex diagnosis is widely adopted in natural rubber-producing countries to optimize the rubber production through a physiological-based latex-harvesting system management. This study first bibliographical searching and meta-analysis on variation of latex physiological parameters i.e. sucrose, inorganic phosphorus, thiols, total solid content. The used information extracted from 158 scientific papers. Descriptive statistics, agglomerative hierarchical clustering, principal component analysis were performed characterize applications diagnosis, how often are interpreted as well its parameter values. From papers, 114 agronomy, 22 physiology, breeding clustering indicated that sucrose phosphorus contents clustered together thiols located another cluster. average values content, 43.9%, 9.4 mM, 16.5 0.52 respectively. percentage interpretation 63.3% for 54.4% 47.5% 41.1% low question their relevance diagnosis. adoption could hinder selection activities leads limitation long-term high yielding stress-adapted clones.

Allergenic Proteins of Hevea brasiliensis Latex Fractions

A spectrum of proteins derived from the rubber tree, Hevea brasiliensis, reacted with IgE in the plasma from persons allergic to natural rubber latex. Latex B-serum, C-serum and rubber particle membrane proteins were all found to contain allergenie proteins. Variations were observed in the reactivity of the latex, IgE positive plasma to the different proteins. Monoclonal antibodies have been de...

Glycolipid composition of Hevea brasiliensis latex.

Glycolipids of fresh latex from three clones of Hevea brasiliensis were characterized and quantified by HPLC/ESI-MS. Their fatty acyl and sterol components were further confirmed by GC/MS after saponification. The four detected glycolipid classes were steryl glucosides (SG), esterified steryl glucosides (ESG), monogalactosyl diacylglycerols (MGDG) and digalactosyl diacylglycerols (DGDG). Sterol...

Proteomics analysis of latex from Hevea brasiliensis (clone RRIM 600).

The natural rubber latex extracted from the bark of Hevea brasiliensis plays various important roles in today's modern society. Following ultracentrifugation, the latex can be separated into 3 layers: C-serum, lutoids, and rubber particles. Previous studies have shown that a large number of proteins are present in these 3 layers. However, a complete proteome for this important plant is still un...

A Stimulator Protein of Rubber Biosynthesis from Hevea brasiliensis Latex

A rubber biosynthesis stimulator protein (RBSP)from the C-serum of Hevea brasiliensis latex was purified and characterised. This proteinaceous factor stimulates the incorporation of isopentenyl diphosphate into rubber and thereby enhances the rate of rubber biosynthesis. The heat stable RBSP is shown to have a molecular weight of 13 068 Da by mass spectroscopy. Amino acid sequence of peptide fr...

Genes expressed in the latex of Hevea brasiliensis.

Rubber (cis-1,4-polyisoprene), an important raw material for many industrial uses, is synthesized in the latex of Hevea brasiliensis (Willd. ex A. Juss.) Müll. Arg. We postulated that the genes uniquely or preferentially expressed in the latex may be important for rubber biosynthesis. We constructed cDNA libraries from the latex of H. brasiliensis to investigate the genes expressed in the latex...
